Third-year outside hitter Zach Albert (Brampton) was named OCAA Championship MVP as he led his Fanshawe Falcons to their second provincial title in three seasons. Albert was consistent the entire tournament, averaging 12.7 kills and 13.7 points per match. Albert was Player of the Game after producing 14 kills and a block in a quarter-final straight sets win over Fleming, setting the tone early at the championship.
