Fifth-year midfielder Bruce Cullen (Pickering) was named Championship MVP as Durham won its first provincial championship in 20 years. Cullen earned plenty of personal hardware to go along with his gold medal, being named an All-Canadian as well as an OCAA League All-Star. He was named Player of the Game in Durham's 2-1 win over West Division champion Fanshawe in the OCAA quarter-finals.
