Brzezinski was a major factor in Durham's first podium result at the OCAA Women's Soccer Championship since 2009, as the Lords claimed bronze at the provincial tournament. Brzezinski was a contributor on the score sheet in both Durham victories from this past weekend. She scored Durham's first goal of the competition with the opening marker in Durham's 2-1 quarter-final win over Niagara. She then scored what would become the game-winning goal during the first half of Durham's 4-0 bronze medal win over host Seneca on Saturday afternoon.
