On Seniors Night, Pierson made the final start of her career at Connorvale Park on Oct. 8. In front of family and friends, the fifth-year starter made history, throwing the first perfect game in program history in a 10-0 victory over Seneca. Pierson, the author of two previous no-hitters, struck out 12 Seneca hitters over five innings. Pierson finishes the season with an impressive 0.00 ERA in 13 2/3 innings of work. Humber will now travel to the OCAA Women's Softball Championship from Oct. 18-19 as the No. 1 seed after completing a 19-5 regular season record.
