Black opened the OCAA championship with a complete game victory over St. Clair, giving up just one earned run, while striking out seven. She went on to appear in relief in Durham's crucial Day 2 win, securing the final out versus St. Clair to reserve its place in the gold medal game. As the starter in the championship final, the League and Championship All-Star helped push the game against Humber into extra innings, striking out 12 Hawks batters through 7 2/3 innings, while giving up just one earned run in the loss. She added two hits and two runs at the plate as well.
