The third-year back was named Championship MVP at provincials as Algonquin won three straight matches to win its first OCAA women's rugby sevens title. Pedis score a try in Algonquin's 24-10 win over Humber (avenging a loss in last year's gold medal match), then added another try in a 24-14 win over Durham in the championship finale. Algonquin became the first team to win three matches at the championship, after placing second in the East Division. Pedis was named the East Division Player of the Year and OCAA All-Star prior to the championship.
