Bremer finished in a three-way tie for third place at the rain-shortened 2021 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association Golf National Championship presented by PING. Bremer posted the best single-day score of anyone at the championship, shooting a 67 in the third round at the Ambassador Golf Club in Windsor, Ont. He was in great position to make a run at a gold medal before inclement weather washed away the final round. Bremer ultimately finished four shots back shooting a 54-hole score of 215. Humber was the top OCAA men's team placing fifth at the competition.
