Hagerman was electrifying in his Seneca debut on Sept. 10, going 4-for-4 with three runs and four stolen bases, including a walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh inning in a 10-9 win over Sault. Over four games this past weekend, the shortstop was 8-for-15 with six runs, seven RBI, two walks, seven stolen bases and a pair of triples batting at the top of the Seneca line up. Seneca is 2-2 to start the season, first sweeping Sault in a twin-bill, followed by a pair of narrow one-run losses to Durham in a doubleheader on Sept. 11.
