As an outstanding power hitter, Dolly Beausoleil was recruited to Cambrian where she was transformed into an elite setter in the OCAA.

Beausoleil was a member of the Cambrian Golden Shield for four seasons, beginning in 1992-93. Cambrian was one of the top teams in the province during her tenure, earning three OCAA medals.

Cambrian won back-to-back OCAA Division II championships in Beausoleil's first two seasons. The Golden Shield moved to Division I her final two seasons, finishing in fourth place in 1994-95 before earning a silver medal in her final campaign.

As all four championships Dolly participated in, she was named a tournament all-star. She was named an OCAA League All-Star three times, and Team MVP four times. Cambrian's four-year regular season record was 50-13 with Beausoleil on the squad.
