Luciano DeLuca is the most prolific goal scorer in Sheridan history, and although his playing days are more than two decades in the past, he still sits ninth on the OCAA all-time scoring list with 31 goals in three seasons.

While small in stature, DeLuca was a scoring presence for the Bruins right away. He scored 10 goals in 10 games during his freshman 1985-86 campaign, helping the Bruins to a 9-1-2 record. Sheridan played for the OCAA championship that year, suffering a heartbreaking defeat to the eventual national champions from Seneca. He would help the Bruins during their appearance at nationals as well, scoring two goals in their games, before falling in the bronze medal match.

DeLuca's final two seasons did not bring as much team success - failing to qualify for the playoffs in both years - but it was not due to the lack of effort on his part, as he was named an OCAA West Division All-Star both seasons. He scored nine goals in 11 games in 1986-87, and added another 12 goals in 12 games in his final season.

A graduate of Business Administration Marketing, DeLuca is a member of Sheridan's Hall of Fame.
