Geoff McMullen was one of the pioneers of OCAA men's hockey, playing two seasons in the late 1960s.

McMullen was named the OCAA's top goaltender in his first season in 1968-69. Algonquin advanced to the OCAA final, losing to St. Clair in overtime. Geoff was named to the championship all-star team for his efforts.

McMullen was once again named the league's top goaltender in 1969-70. Algonquin won the East region championship, but once again was bridesmaid, losing again to St. Clair in the OCAA final.

Geoff is a member of the OCAA Men's Hockey All-Millennium team.
