Linda Turcotte is a graduate of Canadore's Recreation and Leadership program and played forward on the Canadore Kittens women's hockey team for two seasons.

Turcotte was an OCAA Tournament All-Star in 1979-80 as Canadore won the consolation final. She scored four goals and contributed two assists in three games.

Linda was the League Scoring Champion during the 1980-81 season, scoring a dozen goals and assisting on 11 others for 23 points. She was also named an OCAA League All-Star. Turcotte earned five points including three goals in two games at the OCAA championship.

Linda was named Canadore Athlete of the Year in 1978-79 and 1980-81 and is a member of the OCAA All-Millennium Women's Hockey team.
