TeeJay Alderice began his varsity athletic career at Georgian College in 2000, competing as a two-sport athlete. Excelling in skiing and golf, Alderice collected an amazing 12 OCAA gold medals as one of the greatest athletes to ever strap on a pair of skis in OCAA competition. With a number of invitational titles under his belt, TeeJay made a name for himself at the provincial championships sweeping the slalom and giant slalom races and becoming the first athlete to win three consecutive overall titles at the OCAA championships. The Grizzlies also went on to win two gold medals and a silver medal in the team competition under TeeJay's leadership.

TeeJay was also a fine golfer for the Grizzlies. In 2002, TeeJay and his teammates finished fifth at the CCAA national championship, improving on a seventh place finish the year prior.

Georgian recognized TeeJay's accomplishments as he was named the Grizzlies athlete of the year in 2003 and 2004. He also earned the skiing MVP honour in all three years while excelling in the classroom earning OCAA all-academic honours twice.
