In Jerry Cipriani's four-year athletic career as a Mohawk Mountaineer men's soccer player, he has accumulated one OCAA bronze medal (1994) and two OCAA silver medals (1993, 1996).

Nationally, Cipriani was awarded the CCAA all-Canadian award in 1994 and again in 1995. Provincially, he was also named as an OCAA league all-star in both years. Cipriani received the Coaches Award at Mohawk's athletic banquet in 1994, the Outstanding Male Athlete award and MVP the following year in 1995.

In 2001, Cipriani was inducted into the Mohawk Hall of Fame and in 2009 was named a member of the OCAA Men's Soccer All-Millennium Team.
