Pam Clark played four seasons with the Fleming Knights women's hockey team. As a rookie in 1982-83, Clark led her team in scoring with seven goals and one assist. She improved her totals the following season to 10 goals and nine assists.

Pam broke out in a big way in 1984-85 with 30 goals and 21 assists, the third straight season she led her team in scoring. She also tied an OCAA record with six goals in one game. Clark was named an OCAA Championship All-Star with three goals and six assists in four playoff games as Fleming won the OCAA bronze medal.

Clark was the OCAA co-leader in points with teammate and fellow OCAA Hall of Fame player Carolyn Aylesworth in her final season, scoring 11 goals while setting a new OCAA single season record of 31 assists. Along with being named an OCAA League All-Star, Clark was named OCAA Championship MVP as Fleming won the OCAA gold medal. Clark recorded 22 points in four playoff games.

Pam is the second all-time leading scorer in OCAA history with 58 goals and 62 assists totaling 108 points. She is a member of the OCAA Women's Hockey All-Millennium team.
