Herb Cloutier of Georgian College was an avid supporter of the OCAA archery program, serving as Senior Convenor during the 1980-81 season.

During that same year, Cloutier coached the Grizzlies to the OCAA men's team championship, men's individual gold, women's individual gold and women's individual bronze.

In 1985, Cloutier was honoured by the OCAA with the presentation of a Shield Award.
