Alison Diplock began her college career with the Mohawk women's fastball team in 1993. She was the OCAA's top pitcher her first season with a 3.77 earned run average and followed that performance with 3.73 ERA the next year.
She set the record for the most strikeouts in a game with 13 and was selected OCAA athlete of the week for that accomplishment. At the 1994 championship, Diplock was voted as the player of the game in both of her starts.
Diplock was a league all-star as well as her team's most
valuable player in her two years with Mohawk, leading her team to
two bronze medals.
Mohawk elected Diplock to the Mountaineer Hall of Fame in 2001
and was recognized in 2009 as a member of the OCAA Women's Fastball
All-Millenium Team.
