Stephen Fennell began his coaching career in 1994 with the Georgian Grizzlies Alpine Skiing team. Over a 14-year period, his men's and women's teams captured a total of 16 gold medals.

His team was named Georgian College Team of the Year three times throughout his tenure, and on numerous occasions, the OCAA Team of the Week. Stephen also coached nine individual gold medal athletes while at the helm.

With over 25 years as a member the Canadian Ski Coaches' Federation, Stephen remains active within the ski industry and continues to coach and train young adults to strive for their personal best.
