Caroline Fletcher began her colligate career in 1996-97 with the Humber Hawks women's volleyball team.
In her first year she was named team captain, a position she would maintain for all four seasons of her playing career. Fletcher led the Hawks to two provincial championships in 1997-98 and 1999-2000. For her performance in 1999-2000, she was awarded tournament MVP.
During her four seasons of play, Fletcher was named as a league all-star three times, and in 1999-2000 she was recognized as a CCAA all-Canadian. That same year, she was awarded Humber's athlete of the year.
Fletcher also earned the Humber volleyball MVP honour for three consecutive seasons (1996-97 to 1999-2000).
