Steve Guyatt played on three OCAA championship teams in his five-year collegiate career, and is the OCAA's second all-time leading scorer with 200 points.

In his first season in 1979-80, Steve scored 41 points in just 18 games as Seneca finished in third place, going on to upset St. Clair 2-0 in the final. Steve was twice selected a first-team OCAA league all-star, and in 1982-83 was named as an all-Canadian. Following his playing days at Seneca, he was inducted into its Hall of Fame and had his sweater number retired.

Guyatt is a member of the OCAA Men's Hockey All-Millennium team.
