Confederation's Jacquelyn McKenzie enjoyed a spectacular career in OCAA ski racing, winning 10 gold medals and two silver medals over four seasons.

McKenzie's brother and OCAA Hall of Fame member Jeff coached Jacquelyn to her first six gold in 1987 and 1988. She then came back to college in 1993 and added four more gold medals and two silver medals to her name. McKenzie's domination of the slopes included a sweep of the gold in the slalom, giant slalom, and combined events in 1987, 1988, and 1994.

McKenzie excelled in the classroom as well and was named to the OCAA All-Academic team in 1994. Confederation College made her their ski team MVP in 1987, 1988, 1994, and 1995, and in 1988 she was the college's Athlete of the Year. Finally, in 2000 she was named Confederation's Athlete of the Millennium.
