Pierrette Parnell enjoyed a stellar career as a women's doubles badminton player pairing up with fellow OCAA Hall of Fame athlete Liette Gravelle during her college career at Cambrian College. The dynamic duo went on to win numerous medals in the OCAA.

On the provincial stage, Parnell is a two-time OCAA gold medalist, claiming the championship crown in both the 1995 and 1997 seasons with partner Gravelle. Pierrette also earned a silver medal in the 1996 season and found success on the national scene, earning a CCAA national championship silver medal in 1997.

Pierrette was named a member of the OCAA Women's Badminton All-Millennium Team.
