Gail Prosser is a two-time OCAA women's singles gold medalist accomplishing the feat in the back-to-back seasons in 1996 and 1997. Prosser added to her career medal haul when she also earned an OCAA gold medal in 1998 in women's doubles.

Prosser also captured a CCAA national championship bronze medal in 1996 in women's singles. Again adding to her medal haul, Gail claimed a CCAA national championship silver medal in 1997 in women's singles and another silver medal in 1998 in women's doubles.

Prosser was named a member of the OCAA Women's Badminton All-Millennium Team.
