Dayvon Reid is a four-time OCAA medalist in badminton. Representing George Brown for four seasons, he was a back-to-back OCAA silver medalist in men's singles in 2008-09 and 2009-10.

Switching to men's doubles his final two seasons, Dayvon first partnered with Mohammed Usama in 2010-11, rallying from a fourth place standing in the round robin to win the OCAA gold medal.

Dayvon won gold a second time in 2011-12, this time partnering with Mark Wong to go undefeated at provincials. The pair were also successful on the national scene, earning a CCAA silver medal. Dayvon was named both OCAA men's player of the year and George Brown athlete of the year and graduated business accounting in 2012.

Dayvon also played one season with Ryerson University of OUA where he was a provincial bronze medalist. Dayvon will showcase his skills in Toronto later this summer representing Jamaica at the 2015 Pan American Games.
