James Ross started his coaching career at Fleming College in Peterborough in 1989 when he took over the roll of head coach of the golf program.

During his tenure that lasted 17 seasons, Ross' golf teams earned one gold, four silver and four bronze medals.

He has built a strong foundation for the program which has been able to build on four years to come. Ross is also a retired teacher from Sir Sandford Fleming.
