Debbie Wadsworth played four seasons for the Seneca Sting women's fastball team. A standout pitcher, Wadsworth was crowned the OCAA pitching champion in her rookie season in 1996, throwing for an impressive 8-1 record and a 4.20 earned run average.

Wadsworth's final year in the OCAA was nothing short of impressive. Her team earned provincial gold and she was named the OCAA's most valuable player. Debbie was also named the OCAA's top pitcher after throwing a record 119 strike outs in the season and 16 in one game.

The three-time OCAA all-star was also named the Seneca College women's fastball MVP (1997, 1998, 1999) and has had her jersey retired.

Debbie was named a member of the OCAA Women's Fastball All-Millennium Team.
