Carrie Wooloff spent three years with the Mohawk Mountaineers and obtained many awards during her time.

In her first year of play, Wooloff and her team won the Central West regional championship title as well as the Central West best defensive team title. The following year, Wooloff won an OCAA gold medal and the Dr. Sam Mitminger Award at the athletic banquet, making her an obvious choice for the MVP on the Mohawk soccer team.

In her final year with the Mountaineers, she was again voted the MVP on the Mohawk soccer team but also received two OCAA medals; silver medal for indoor soccer and bronze medal for outdoor soccer and was named the OCAA league all-star, CCAA all-Canadian award recipient and was named the Outstanding Female Athlete at the Mohawk athletic banquet.

Wooloff was named a member of the OCAA Women's Soccer All-Millennium Team.
