OSHAWA, Ont. – Durham College women's soccer team won their second straight match on Saturday afternoon, 2-0 over the Centennial Colts.
 
Shalena Ackerman opened the scoring for Durham in the 30^th minute of the match with her first goal as a Lord. The 1-0 lead held into halftime.
 
In the second half, with Centennial pressing for the equalizer, Durham took advantage with Sarah Balzia finding the back of the goal in the 90^th minute for her second tally of the season.
 
Jessica Prytulka earned her second cleansheet in goal.
 
Durham now sits in second place in the OCAA east division with a 2-0-1 record, two points back of Algonquin and one point ahead of St. Lawrence – Kingston. Their next conference match is Tuesday night on the road against the Loyalist Lancers in Belleville, Ont.
