The women's volleyball team fought hard but fell in a close 3-2 (25-23, 23-25, 24-26, 25-20, 8-15) to the La Cite Wolves on Sunday (Oct. 29) afternoon.
NOTABLE STATS: Second-year outside hitter Taylor Grant registered a team-high 20 points off 16 kills, two service aces and two blocks, while adding 10 digs. Second-year outside hitter Kaarina Niemimaa chipped in with 14 points off 12 kills and two service aces. She also had 11 digs in the match.
UP NEXT: The Huskies begin a five-game home stand on Saturday (Nov. 4) afternoon against the Seneca Sting. First serve is at 3pm.
