LONDON, Ont. - The Sheridan Bruins men's volleyball team (2-2 OCAA) split their first extended road trip of the season, winning 3-1 at St. Clair, before stumbling 3-0 at Fanshawe.
The Double-Blue won the first two sets against St. Clair with a pair of 25-20 wins, but dropped the third 25-16. They were still able close out however, with a 25-22 fourth set.
Matt Stokes notched a career high 17 points (15 kills, two blocks) while hitting .325. Liam Butchereit posted a career-high 26 digs, while Flavio Polo was also in double figures with 10.
Against Fanshawe, the Bruins were swept in three sets (25-23, 25-20, 25-18).
Andre Zopf and Kong led the Bruins with 10 points apiece.
Sheridan will host Humber (2-2) on Nov. 18 (3pm).
