PELLY NAMED NEW OCAA EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

TORONTO - The Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) is pleased to announce Kyle Pelly as its new Executive Director.

Pelly comes to the OCAA from Ontario Blind Sports Association where he held the similar role for the past six years. During this time that association has grown and prospered, including the development and launch of its Hall of Fame and Annual Awards Gala. He has also been actively involved in the Canadian Paralympic Committee as well as the Toronto 2015 Pan Am & Parapan Am Games.

"Kyle is a tremendous fit for the OCAA," praised OCAA President Jason Kerswill. "His energy, passion and experience in sport will serve the members of the association as we embark on the next 50 years of collegiate sport leadership both provincially and nationally. His desire to promote the vision and mission on the OCAA will surely enhance the student-athlete experience for years to come."

"I am excited and thankful for the opportunity to work with the staff and associated colleges of the OCAA," said Pelly. "The OCAA is a leading association and I look forward to being a part of the team to further its growth and development."
