ST. CLAIR 72, SAULT 26

WINDSOR, Ont. - The St. Clair College women's basketball team pull their OCAA West Division record to an even 2-2 with a 72-26 win over Sault College (Sault Ste. Marie) Saturday night at the SportsPlex.

The Lady Saints only allowed seven points in the first half and held a 33-7 lead at the intermission. Never threatened in the game, St. Clair was able to get 10 players on the score sheet and put up 38 points off 36 Sault turnovers.

Shannon Kennedy (Windsor/St. Joseph's) scored a game-high 14 points to lead St. Clair adding four rebounds and a pair of steals. Nicole Tamm (Windsor/Holy Names) also reached double figures with 11 points to go with nine rebounds and hit 7-of-7 from the free-throw line. She also added four assists three blocked shots. Logan Kucera (Chatham) chipped in with 10 points for the Saints.

Sault's Mackenzie Mazzuca (Sault Ste. Marie) scored seven points in the loss.
