The George Brown Huskies swept the OCAA men's and women's team badminton championships for the first time in program history, celebrating their first provincial title since sharing the now defunct overall championship in 2010. Individually George Brown medalled in each of the categories, including gold in both men's and women's singles, silver in both women's and mixed doubles, and one bronze in men's doubles.
