Epp was a visible leader and key star for the Mohawk Mountaineers in their final two matches of the regular season. The NCAA Division I transfer had five shots in a 1-0 win over Sheridan on Oct. 12, three of which were dangerous attempts on net. Epp's ability to control play versus the Bruins helped carry momentum for the Mountaineers. In the final game of the season, Epp's first-ever OCAA goal was all the scoring Mohawk needed in a 1-0 victory versus Fanshawe on Oct. 15. The Mountaineers finished the season 5-0-5, their first undefeated season since 1998.
