Andrea Brown excelled in each and every aspect of badminton. In her first year with the Lions, the right-hander swept her way through the competition, going an undefeated (7-0) on her way to the gold medal in women's singles at the provincial championship.

Brown followed up her freshmen season with another OCAA gold medal in women's singles, posting her second consecutive 7-0 championship record. At the CCAA national championship, Brown won the silver medal capping off her colligate career.

Brown is considered one of Lambton's top badminton athletes as her movement around the court was often described as effortless. She displayed perfect fundamentals while putting constant pressure on her opponents to make costly errors. The Saint John, N.B., native now dedicates her time working in Community Mental Health Services and continues to play both badminton and tennis.
