Sabrina Henry competed for the Seneca women's soccer program from 2008 to 2012.

While she did not profess to be a leader in her rookie season, her skills and presence on the field spoke volumes. She demonstrated that she was willing to accept a different position than her natural forward role. She quickly established herself as a leader on the team through her outstanding work ethic and dedication to the team and by her play on the pitch.

In 2008-09, Seneca was the Central East Division Top Defensive Team with Sabrina being named the East Defensive Player of the Year. That season, the Sting won the OCAA Central East regular season title and the OCAA bronze medal. Sabrina was named an OCAA League All-Star.

The following season, Seneca finished in second place in the OCAA Central East Division and an OCAA quarter-finalist. Sabrina scored nine goals that season. During the indoor soccer season, Sabrina lead the Sting to an OCAA bronze medal.

In 2010-11, Seneca placed second in the OCAA East Division and returned to the OCAA podium as bronze medalists. Sabrina was once again named an OCAA League All-Star. Furthermore, her outstanding contributions to Seneca were recognized as she was named a CCAA All-Canadian.

In her final season, Seneca again finished second in the East Division and finished in fourth place at provincials. Sabrina again earned an OCAA League All-Star and was a Player of the Game in the OCAA bronze medal match.

Sabrina was inducted into the Seneca Sports Hall of Fame in 2012.
