Frank and Rozika Sulatycki were the coaches of Seneca's extraordinarily successful women's volleyball team for 20 years. During their time at Seneca, they produced five CCAA All- Canadians from 1990-1996.

Coach Frank Sulatycki won the OCAA Coach of the Year on six occasions (1991, 1992, 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2006) and also won national coaching honors twice, in 1992 and 1994.

Throughout their long tenure the Sulatycki's led the Sting, formerly the "Scouts", to three CCAA National Championship bronze medals in 1991, 1994 and 1995.

In addition, the dynamic Sulatycki duo, also won four OCAA division titles and unprecedented seven straight OCAA women's volleyball championship titles.
