In the formative years of the OCAA, there were few players that could lay claim to being as dominant as Harry Vlachos.

During the 1970-71 campaign, he led all OCAA student-athletes scoring 489 points in only 13 games. His per game average of 37.6 points is still a single season Sheridan and OCAA record. The following season, Harry was third in OCAA scoring with 392 points averaging 21.8 points per game.

His two season career produced 881 points, still the sixth highest total in Sheridan history, with a career average of 28.4 points per game. Harry was the first varsity athlete who attended Sheridan's Davis Campus in Brampton, Ont.

A social service worker graduate, Harry has operated his own human resources management company for over 20 years and is a member of the Bruins hall of fame.
