BARRIE, Ont. - The No. 13 nationally ranked Durham College women's volleyball team earned their sixth consecutive win, defeating the Georgian Grizzlies in straight sets on Wednesday night in Barrie. Set scores were 25-18, 25-7, 25-6.
Tied for first place in the OCAAÂ east division, the undefeated Lords have not dropped a set over their last four victories.
Following a tightly contested first set win, Durham took over in the second with a 15-0 run, carrying momentum through for the straight set win.
The Lords will return home to the CRWCÂ next Thursday, Nov. 22 to challenge the Fleming Knights. First serve is set for 6 p.m.Â

Althea Boncheff (Alliston, Ont.) once again paced the Lords offence with 11 kills and four service aces for a team-high 15 points.

Pasha Ormerod (Terrace, B.C.) and third-year captain
Jessica Joensen (Pickering, Ont.) both tallied six kills and one block.
• Kelsey Watson led the Grizzlies with four kills and two blocks.

Karlina Domingo (Pickering, Ont.) finished with 19 and 10 assists, respectively.

Devyn Fraser (Uxbridge, Ont.) and Joensen each recorded seven digs.
• Jenna Gross recorded a game-high nine digs for the Grizzlies, while Amber Maw registered a team-high six assists.
