The Georgian Grizzlies women's basketball team travelled to take on the George Brown Huskies in Toronto on Tuesday night.
The Grizzlies battled hard but had a tough first half shooting which led to the Huskies pulling away to a 74-46 victory.
Kelsey Dunkeld (Barrie) had a team-high 11 points while teammate Mckenzie Howlett (Barrie) had a 10 point night. The two matched for a team-high eight rebounds in the game.
The Grizzlies will continue their busy week this Thursday, Nov. 8 when they play their next home game against the Centennial Colts.
The women's game begins at 6 p.m. with the men's following at 8 p.m. Tickets for the game are available at the door for $5.
