TORONTO, Ont. – The Durham College women's volleyball team will carry their perfect conference record into their final home game after sweeping the George Brown Huskies 3-0 on Wednesday night.
The match was the Huskies' Bell Let's Talk volleyball match, focused on raising awareness surrounding mental health. Set scores were 25-14, 25-12, 25-23.
Durham College, who is looking to go undefeated in conference play for the second time in three years, will return home on Thursday, Feb. 7 to host the Seneca Sting. Their final home game of the regular season will recognize the graduating seniors following the match, which is scheduled to start at 6 p.m.
Durham's final game before their OCAA championship qualifying match will be played in Peterborough versus the Fleming Knights on Sunday, Feb. 10.

Althea Boncheff (Alliston, Ont.) had a match-high 15 kills for the Lords, one off her career-high set earlier this season.

Allyson Terwillegar (Enniskillen, Ont.) and
Jessica Joensen (Pickering, Ont.) each finished in double-digit scoring in the match, each with 11 points. Terwillegar had nine kills and two aces, while Joensen had eight kills and three service aces.
• George Brown's lone player with double-digit points was Tiana Samuel who finished with nine kills and two blocks.

Georgi Williams (Whitby, Ont.) assisted on 32 of Durham's 40 kills, while also earning two service aces.
• George Brown's Jasmin Walia quarterbacked the Huskies' offence, picking up 16 assists.
