Mohawk Mountaineers men's soccer struggled to find any offense in a 5-0 loss to the Sheridan Bruins. The match was the final home game of the 2022 season for the Mountaineers.

The Bruins scored two in the first half and added another three in the final 45 minutes.

"Physically the guys kept working and didn't stop," said head coach Jordan Brown. "We moved the ball and played better in some moments during the game. We still made some errors that got translated into goals against us."

During pre-game Mohawk celebrated its three graduating student-athletes: Keion Smith (Brantford, ON), D'Anthony Simms (Hamilton, ON) and Garen Blake (Mississauga, ON).

The Mountaineers will conclude its 2022 season on Oct. 15 when they travel to play the Fanshawe Falcons for a 3 p.m. start.
