Women's Volleyball Lose Tight Match to Fanshawe

London, ON - The St. Clair women's volleyball team continued their OCAA regular season schedule on Wednesday night as they travelled up the 401 to take on their rivals at Fanshawe College in London. The Saints went down two sets but battled back to win the next two. However, Fanshawe bounced back to take set five 15-13 to win the match 3-2.

Set scores for Fanshawe were 25-15, 26-24, 28-30, 18-25 and 15-13.  Outside hitter Sarah Dobinson (Whitby) led the way for the Saints with 15 kills, 1 service ace, 1 stuff block, 4 assists and 6 digs.

With the loss St. Clair's record dropped to 1-2 while Fanshawe improved to 2-1. St. Clair is currently ranked 4th in Ontario and 11th Canada while the Falcons are ranked 6th in Ontario.
