Box Score SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. - With the Lords receiving a hat-trick performance in the second consecutive match, this time from veteran midfielder Vanessa Juras (Ajax, Ont.), the Durham College women's soccer team recorded a dominant 7-0 road victory of the Sault Cougars.

After recording a hat-trick of her own in the Lords win last weekend, rookie striker Makayla Rudder (Scarborough, Ont.) opened the scoring in just the third minute to hand the Lords a 1-0 lead. DC went on to add two more goals in the first half courtesy Morgan Blaind (Cobourg, Ont.) and Juras.

Durham continued to dominate the offensive end of the pitch in the second half as rookie Jessica Ferreira (Ajax, Ont.) scored her first career OCAA goal in the 56th minute, followed by two more from Juras to complete the hat-trick effort, before Ferreira notched her second of the match in the 78th.

Kerrington Steed (Courtice, Ont.) picked up the clean sheet for the Lords.

The Lords will remain in northern Ontario for another day as they challenge the Cambrian Golden Shield tomorrow afternoon in Sudbury. Kick-off is set for 12 p.m..
