Box Score OSHAWA, Ont. – Four points, that's all that separated the Durham College men's basketball team from the OCAA championship this weekend.
 
An exciting start and early lead all ended with the Fanshawe Falcons winning 63-59.
 
The Lords led 15-13 after the opening ten minutes, but a dismal nine points in the second quarter compared to Fanshawe's 21 points meant Durham College trailed 34-24 at halftime.
 
Durham pushed back in the fourth after the Falcons increased the gap to five with ten minutes to go, but down 61-59, were unable to tie the game.
 
This is the second straight season the Falcons have ended the year for the Lords. Last year in London it was a buzzer beater, only a 68-65 win.
 
In his final OCAA game, Funsho Dimeji (Malton, Ont.) led the team with 17 points and 16 rebounds for a double-double.
 
Romareo Stephenson (Markham, Ont.) added 12 points.
 
The Falcons had three scorers in double digits, with Chris Parker leading the way with 17 – tying Dimeji's game high.
