North Bay – The Canadore Panthers men's volleyball team look to add to their current winning streak, with a win over the Stings.
The first set was back-and-forth battle between both sides, the Panthers gain momentum late in the set with the help of Corey Forest (North Bay, ON) and pull away with a 25-23 set win.
The second set saw Canadore continue their outstanding play, as they jumped out to a commanding 2-0 set lead, taking the second set 25-19. The Panthers were focus on closing out the Stings in the third set to complete the sweep. With a strong play at the net from first year Konrad Siedlec (Cambridge, ON), leading the way with a team high of 10 kills.
Next for the Panthers will be at home to take on Algonquin Wolves on Nov. 19. First serve is slated for 3 p.m. and will be streamed live on OCAA LIVE.
