2021 Women's Soccer Graduating Student-Athletes

#11 Mikyler Yakutchik
Yakutchik was brought on to the team in 2018 and helped solidify the team's back end. The Brampton, Ont., native has played in 23 outdoor matches over the past three seasons, where she has assisted in making the Huskies a solid best defensive team in the OCAA. During the 2020 indoor season, few teams could score more than two goals against the Huskies, and Yakutchik played a significant role.

During the 2020-2021 school year, she made Honour Roll in two semesters. She will graduate from the Business Administration – International Business program in the spring.

#14 Pamela Diaz
Diaz joined the Huskies program in 2018 and has put in the work both on and off the pitch. She has played in 22outdoor matches in three seasons while also competing in several indoor contests. She was part of the club that qualified for the 2020 Provincial Indoor Soccer Championship.

On the academic side, she was named a 2018-2019 OCAA All-Academic and will graduate from the Business Administration-Accounting program in the spring.

#17 Haley Tice
This past summer, Tice earned a spot out of the open tryout and played a significant defensive role. She has started five matches this season and helped the Huskies keep opposing offences in check. We admire her hard work and drive both on and off the field.

She will be graduating from the post-graduate Sports and Event Marketing program in the spring.

#22 Angela Diaz Romero
Diaz Romero joined the program in 2019 and has done anything to help the team excel. She is a versatile player that can be placed at the midfield and forward. She played in 14 career outdoor matches in seasons and was used very similarly in the indoor season.

The work ethic throughout her time at George Brown College is no different in the classroom. She was named to the Honour Roll in every academic semester she has completed so far in her program. She will be graduating from the Architectural Technology program in the spring.

#42 Mahima Patil
This past summer, Patil earned a spot out of the open tryout and became the team's starting goalkeeper for most of the season.
