Box Score SCARBOROUGH, Ont. – The Durham College men's volleyball team got back in the win column on Saturday after sweeping the Centennial Colts in Scarborough.
Durham used most of their squad to drop Centennial 25-21, 25-19 and 25-17 to win the season series 2-0.
Erik Janssen (Hampton, Ont.) had a match-high 10 points to lead the Lords with nine kills and a block.
At the net
Harrison Wood (Uxbridge, Ont.) continued to lead Durham with five blocks. This season he leads the Lords with 35 blocks (0.95 per set).
Wood, along with
Bret Polfuss (Kitchener, Ont.),
Andrew Dube (Uxbridge, Ont.) and
Mike Harper (Oakville, Ont.), each added four kills.
Andrew Watson (Uxbridge, Ont.) picked up six kills, while
Damin Noss (Woodville, Ont.) had five.
John Pham (Mississauga, Ont.) had 12 assists before turning things over to
Rory Langley (Uxbridge, Ont.), who finished with 25 assists.
Durham will now host the Loyalist Lancers at home on Thursday night. The game is scheduled for 8 p.m.
