November 21, 2022 - The Niagara Knights women's basketball team secured a 71-62 victory in their match-up against the Redeemer Royals at the Redeemer Athletic Centre Saturday night.

The Knights were looking to build on their win over Conestoga Wednesday night after a tough start to the season and now sit with a 3-3 record as the Fall term winds down.

Knights second-year forward Janee Harrison led the way for the blue and white with a season high 19 points in the contest while adding nine rebounds and six steals. Jamira Rousseau followed up with 16 points, 6 rebounds and six assists.

Niagara shot 35.1% (26-for-74) from the floor, including 8-for-27 (29.6%) from three-point land. They were also 68.8% (11-for-16) from the free-throw line.

The Knights will enjoy home court advantage for their final two games before the Christmas break, beginning with this Thursday against Mohawk (1-5) at 6:00 p.m.
