TORONTO - For the first time in two years, the top collegiate curlers in the province will compete at the 2022 Ontario Colleges Athletic Association Curling Championships, hosted by Sault College at the Community First Curling Centre in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., from Feb. 18-21.
The event is expected to feature student-athletes from Confederation College (Thunder Bay); Fanshawe College (London); Fleming College (Peterborough); Humber College (Etobicoke); Mohawk College (Hamilton); Niagara College (Welland); and host Sault. The bonspiel will consist of mixed doubles, men’s and women’s team competitions.
It marks the ninth occasion that the OCAA Curling Championships will take place in the Soo, the last time being in 2018.
Further details, including teams and schedules, will be announced prior to the event.
